    • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at care@buzzquito.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide order details and any supporting images for faster resolution.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

  • Payment Failures / Cancellation 

Users may request cancellations within a specified timeframe before the order is shipped. Connect with us on customare care number 9310644166 or Email us at care@Buzzquito.com with the Order details for us to take action.​

Customer support is available during business hours:  9:00AM to 5:30PM IST

In the case of payment failures, Buzzquito will notify the user to resolve the issue before processing the order.

  • No Returns Policy 

We do not offer returns for any purchased products.

  • Defective or Damaged Products 

If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will provide an exchange.

  • Exhange Process for defective/damaged products 

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Clear images/videos of the defective /damaged product  â€‹

Return the product in its orignal packaging. 

  • Exchange Approval

Exchanges are subject to verification of the defect or damage.

  • Refund Policy 

Refunds are only applicable for out-of-stock products or cancellations due to Buzzquito's error.
